1. What is your store / showroom address and hours?
We are located at 39 Cavendish Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151. Opening hours are 7:30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday, and 7:30am – 4pm Friday.

2. How much is delivery?
Please use the Shipping Calculator at the bottom of each product page. Click on the Shipping Costs tab and enter your details correctly to obtain a shipping cost. You can also obtain a delivery cost from the View Cart page.

3. I have lost my mailbox keys, what do I do?
Replacement keys can be purchased for a limited number of our locally manufactured products. Please specify the three-digit lock/key code in the comments section as well as a key description (ie. Black handle). Otherwise you can replace the entire lock.

4. What colours does this mailbox come in?
If the product has various colour options this will be shown in a Colour drop down menu on the mailbox listing. If you want a special colour and it is available for that product please select "As Discussed" from the Colour drop down menu and specify the colour in the comments section when you check out. The colour you choose will need to be a powder coat colour (as opposed to a wet paint). Please see the Information page to view the Dulux powder colour chart.

5. The product I want is not on your website, what can I do?
Please email us a picture or a description to shop@letterboxes.net.au and we will see how we can help.

6. How do I get a quote for a commercial cluster of mailboxes?
Please see Mailmaster Letterboxes commercial website here. If a quote is required, please submit the Request A Quote form. Any plans or drawings can be emailed to mail@mailmaster.biz.

7. If I order numbers will you fit them?
If they are ordered at the same time as the mailbox please make a note in the comments field '"Please attach the numbers" and we will be happy to fit them.

8. What is MarineStainless 2:1?

Marine Stainless 2 in 1 is supplied in a 250mL bottle that we recommend you use to clean and protect your stainless steel mailbox. It is an invisible, protective treatment for metal surfaces that protects against tea staining and against deterioration due to harsh environments. It provides long-term corrosion protection and allows the metal surface to be easily cleaned. Use on barbecues, stainless steel railing, in fact all outdoor stainless.

9. How do I install this mailbox?

10. How do I know that credit card payment is secure?

Please see or payment policy here. Our payment gateway is a direct connection to the ANZ bank, we do not and cannot retain any card details or even see them. If you are concerned, payment can also be arranged via Paypal or Bank Transfer.

11. Can you ship to a PO Box?

Only small orders of Replacement Keys, Locks, House Numbers or Tap Guards can be posted to a PO Box address. For all letterbox orders please provide a residential or business address.

12. How long will delivery take?

Typically allow 3 - 14 days. This is relevant to availability of stock and your geographical location. Our history of deliveries made over the last 5 years show an average delivery time of 4 days. While we stock a lot of products, sometimes we run out. We will do our best to advise of any delays. All custom Stainless Steel orders have a manufacture time of approximately 3 weeks. We will email a tracking number when your order is dispatched so you can track your delivery.

13. Can the courier company call on delivery?

Unfortunately the courier company (like many others) will not call before or on delivery. Please provide clear instructions for a place your letterbox may be left if no one is home at the time of delivery (ie. front door) or it will be returned to the nearest Star Track Express depot for you to collect. We are unable to effect a second delivery without incurring further costs.

14. How about International Orders?

Please add to cart and checkout, no payment required - we will then update the order with a delivery cost for your consideration.
We have supplied mailboxes to; New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Aruba, Switzerland, Brunei and California to just name a few.

15. Why should i buy from LetterboxesDirect?
